About The Position
Greene County is seeking a Fitness Floor Associate to join their team. This role offers Early Wage Access (EWA), allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand. The position requires a minimum of 18 years of age and involves working approximately 8-10 hours per week, with specific shifts on Thursdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in a wellness field.
- Relate to diverse groups in the community.
- Maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
- Complete New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings.
