About The Position
The Louisville JCC is hiring Floor Staff for the Fitness Department. Opening and closing shifts are available. Must be able to work mornings and weekends.
Requirements
- Proof of CPR/AED certification is required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Individual must be outgoing and have good verbal skills
- Must have a passion for fitness
- Able to operate all fitness equipment
- Able to lift 45 pounds
- CPR Certified
- Must have knowledge of all Fitness Center rules and regulations
- Current CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Strong knowledge base in health and fitness, continually seeks to increase level of professionalism through learning, experience and trying new skills a plus
Responsibilities

- Inform the Fitness Director of any equipment issues
