About The Position

The Fitness Floor Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support within the wellness field. This role involves interacting with diverse groups in the community and ensuring a positive experience for members. The position requires individuals to be at least 18 years of age and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role also includes specific training requirements and certifications that must be completed within a set timeframe after hire.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age
High School Diploma preferred
Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)

Nice To Haves

YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire)

Responsibilities
