Requirements
- Ability to safely operate pneumatic, electric, and hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring devices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of fitness equipment by following standardized work instructions and assembly procedures.
- Build and prepare sub-assemblies and components.
- Inspect completed equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Complete required production documentation accurately.
- Move materials and finished equipment using manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
