About The Position

At D1 Training North Shore, the Fitness Director & Assistant General Manager is responsible for what actually happens inside the building — the energy, the experience, the team, and the results. This role plays a direct part in delivering that experience every day. You will coach. But more importantly, you will lead people, set standards, and take ownership of outcomes that impact retention, culture, and growth. If you are looking for a role where you can step into real responsibility and grow into broader leadership, this is that opportunity. D1 Training North Shore is a high-performance training facility in Glenview built on the same principles used at the collegiate and professional level. Our members include youth athletes, high school athletes, adults, and teams — all training in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on results. Our mission is simple: You pick the goal. We help you get there.
