About The Position
Orangetheory Fitness is hiring energetic, inspiring, and dedicated Fitness Coaches for its studios in Ridgefield, Danbury East, and Danbury West, Connecticut. The role involves more than leading workouts: coaches build relationships, inspire confidence, celebrate members’ victories, and help people become stronger. The company welcomes experienced group fitness instructors and certified personal trainers looking for a new opportunity.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized fitness certification, such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Positive energy and strong communication skills.
- A team-first mindset and dependable work ethic.
- Passion for coaching and connecting with people.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a group fitness instructor or certified personal trainer.
