About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Fitness Attendant to join their dedicated and dynamic team. This role involves assisting guests in creating smooth and seamless fitness experiences, requiring an eye for detail and the ability to provide attentive and exceptional service.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Previous experience providing customer service in a fitness environment.
Experience in dealing with a high volume of guest inquiries.
Ability to read, speak and write English.
People oriented with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service skills.
Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to function independently and as a team player with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Ensure the daily cleanliness of the spa, fitness center, locker areas and indoor swimming pool.
Ensure all amenities, towels and lockers are stocked on a daily basis.
Adhere to all Four Seasons Cultural and Core standards.
Maintain a meticulously clean and tidy fitness facility.
Maintain cleanliness of indoor pool and pool patio, and follow up with guest needs.
Ensure all beverage stations (hot and cold) and fruit are consistently refreshed and maintained up to standard.
Greet guests upon arrival and provide tours of the facility.
Inform guests on all aspects regarding the services, hours of operation, rules and regulations, and classes to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
