The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. Responsibilities

Deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
Conducting initial consultations
Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
Measure success by tracking studio metrics
Deliver coach-assisted stretching and balance training sessions, tracking client mobility and stability progress over time
