About The Position
Stretch Zone is seeking a Fitness Associate who is passionate about exercise science or health and wellness kinesiology. This role involves using patented and proprietary equipment to follow specific protocols for muscle manipulation, aiming to increase athletic performance, range of motion, reduce stiffness, and improve reaction time for clients. The company offers direct tracks for advancement to Stretch Practitioners and/or Lead Stretch Practitioners with pay increases. The compensation is a combination of a base hourly rate plus $3 per 30-minute stretch session.
Requirements
- Interest and/or experience in exercise science.
- Passion for health and wellness.
- Desire to help others achieve their lifestyle goals.
Nice To Haves
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF.
- License in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
Responsibilities
- Position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using specific protocols.
- Help clients achieve their lifestyle goals.
- Identify and correct or mitigate postural and movement limitations through applied stretching sessions.
