About The Position
Kura Sushi USA is hiring Fish Cutters for its upcoming Arlington Highlands location in Arlington, Texas. Fish Cutters prepare, cut, and portion fish accurately and help provide guests with fresh, tasty, quality food. They follow Kura’s sushi preparation standards and maintain food safety and restaurant cleanliness. The position pays $12.00 per hour, with eligibility for tips. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Knowledge of fish-cutting techniques.
- Ability to accurately cut, prepare, and portion fish.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.

- Previous sushi chef, sushi roll maker, or fish-cutting experience.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
