About The Position

The Fise Representative provides technical assistance to final customers to ensure the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. The role follows up on field feedback about product performance and gathers other information relevant to Tenaris.

The representative supports customers at well sites, helps ensure recommended practices are followed during preparation, running, and repair of connections, and liaises directly with customer representatives to support efficient installation and product performance. The role also maintains current knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures, completes service reports, and shares field and industry feedback about Tenaris and competitors’ products, services, and technical innovations.

Responsibilities

• Follow up to ensure correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, including well-site preparation, running, and repair of Tenaris Premium Connections, helping prevent problems and incidents and promote safe, efficient installation.
• Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to help ensure products are installed efficiently and perform to their design potential.
• Provide Tenaris overviews to customer representatives at rig sites using Tenaris websites, information, and other materials applicable to the operation or region.
• Follow up with customer representatives on their perceptions of Tenaris products and services to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
• Complete service reports promptly in hardcopy and electronically, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous reports, log time, inspection reports, service tickets, and specific reports such as dopeless and visit reports.
• Provide field and industry feedback on perceptions and attitudes toward Tenaris and competitors’ products, services, and technical innovations.
• Set up files and add information about competitors’ products and technical innovations to the office reference library.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, management standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area from damage, theft, or misuse.
