About The Position

The Fise Representative provides technical assistance to final customers to ensure the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. The role monitors and follows up on field feedback about product performance and other information gathered in the field. Based in Midland, Texas, the position is in the Supply Chain department.

Responsibilities

• Follow TenarisHydril recommended practices and ensure correct well-site preparation, running, and repair of Tenaris Premium Connections to help prevent problems and incidents and support safe, efficient installation.
• Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to help ensure products are installed efficiently and perform to their design potential.
• Provide customer representatives at rig sites with a general overview of Tenaris using the company's internet sites, information, and other materials relevant to the operation or region.
• Follow up with customer representatives on their perceptions of Tenaris products and services to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Maintain current training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures in accordance with the FISE training curricula.
• Complete service reports and related documentation in a timely manner, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous reports, log time, inspections, service tickets, and specific dopeless and visit reports.
• Provide feedback from the field and industry about perceptions of Tenaris and competitor products, services, and technical innovations; maintain files and add relevant information to the office reference library.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area from damage, theft, or misuse.
