The Fiscal Technician may assist with and perform a variety of day-to-day administrative activities of the Center for the Arts, including financial and HR reconciliations, departmental purchasing and reimbursement activity, wage staff recruitment and hiring processes, payroll coordination and administration, other personnel processes, asset management and tracking, rental settlements, grant and sponsored project management, billing, and a breadth of administrative recordkeeping. This position is a key member of a small administrative team that serves as a resource for policies, procedures, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for the Center's various units, including but not limited to those responsible for live performances, visual arts exhibitions, and student engagement activities. The Fiscal Technician is expected to be a collaborative team player, process assigned work efficiently and accurately, attend to details, independently monitor workflow, and offer friendly and helpful assistance to colleagues.
