The main purpose of the position is to supervise a unit of fiscal clerk(s) and to adhere to the overall day to day operation of the agency’s In-Home Aide Services program as defined by law and policy. To implement complete knowledge of departmental fiscal regulations, methods, and procedures as it pertains to the Purchase of Services unit. Compile and tabulate financial data, maintain budgetary accounts, prepare the fiscal year spending plan, quarterly, and monthly expenditure status reports, and accrual reports. Assist with the processing of vendor and individual provider invoices. Schedule, assign, and review the work of the lower-level Fiscal Accounts Clerks.
