About The Position

The Fiscal Intermediary (FI) Intake Associate works regularly with internal and external contacts. The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multi-step processes, and the prioritization of tasks. Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides community-based services to empower children and adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the least restrictive environment. The agency, through its programs and services, encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities into the mainstream of society, including social, recreational, family and work activities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Processing FI paperwork into the Enrollment Module and Access Databases
  • Complete the welcome packet process
  • Logging & reviewing FI paperwork
  • Obtain EINS from the IRS website
  • Update consumer and surrogate demographics
  • Assist with Monthly EVS
  • payroll schedule creation/change
  • Manage reports generated from the Enrollment module
  • Provide analysis of software performance and provide suggestions and results
  • Report all suspected incidents of consumer abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC)
  • All other duties assigned by the Intake Supervisor
