Coaches collaborate with first-year academic advisors, faculty, and the First-Year Experience team to monitor students’ academic progress and support students at risk of withdrawing. They document student contacts, promote campus engagement and resource use, facilitate learning-strategy workshops, FYE seminars, and training programs, and mentor peers seeking academic coaching. In-person work on campus is an essential function. The position is security-sensitive and requires a criminal background check.
