About The Position

Alerion Aviation is seeking First Officers to join its Hawker fleet for Part 135/91 operations based at Opa-locka, Florida (OPF). The First Officer supports the Captain in conducting flights in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as FAA regulations and guidelines. The role calls for a highly motivated, organized, service-driven, and safety-minded pilot.

Alerion Aviation is a boutique aircraft management company with a large private fleet in South Florida. The company emphasizes hands-on service, personalized aircraft care, transparency, and safety.

Requirements

• ATP license.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours in all aircraft, including 500 hours PIC.
• Minimum 1,500 multi-engine flight hours, including 100 hours PIC.
• Minimum 150 instrument flight hours.
• Current and valid First Class FAA Medical Certificate.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last five years.
• Live within a two-hour driving radius of Opa-locka Airport (OPF).
• Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
• Pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check in compliance with TSA Security Program Standards and 49 CFR 1544.229 and 49 CFR 1544.230.
• Have authority to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• International experience preferred.
• Type rating on HS 125 or a comparable aircraft preferred.
