First Impressions Coordinator
About The Position
Integrity Marketing is hiring a Guest Experience team member to create a memorable and unique experience for every guest and team member entering the office. The role is responsible for making a positive first impression and guiding guests throughout their visit. The coordinator takes initiative to direct guests, ensure they are comfortable and have their needs met, and check in with them during their stay. The position also manages guest services and supports the company’s image by responding promptly to requests, coordinating meeting rooms, and building friendly relationships with regular office guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of related experience.
- Customer-service orientation with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in roles that include Hospitality Management or Tourism.
Responsibilities
- Provide flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest experiences.
- Greet guests and team members upon arrival, coordinate their time in the office, and inform them about office facilities.
- Provide a high level of customer service and personalized attention throughout guests’ visits.
- Promptly answer guest requests and help ensure guests leave with a memorable experience.
- Monitor daily meetings and ensure the appropriate meeting room is assigned and prepared.
- Establish friendly relationships with regular office guests.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
