First Grade Teacher
About The Position
All Saints Catholic School is seeking a First Grade Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher cultivates a love of learning and integrates Catholic values throughout the curriculum in support of the mission of Catholic education. The role involves creating a positive, engaging learning environment that challenges students academically, encourages intellectual curiosity, and promotes the formation of the whole person. The school seeks a candidate devoted to the Catholic faith, passionate about teaching and students, and able to manage a classroom, communicate with parents, and collaborate with faculty and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- Virginia state licensure or the ability to obtain VCEA (Virginia Catholic Education Association) certification.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Experience communicating with parents.
- Passion for teaching and love for students.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and staff.
- Deep devotion to the Catholic faith.
