About The Position

Fire N' Stone in Tilton, NH is hiring a full-time Fireplace Showroom Sales Associate to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy consultative selling, working with premium products, and helping customers bring comfort and beauty into their homes. The associate will welcome customers into the showroom, understand their needs, guide them to the ideal fireplace or chimney solution, measure spaces, explain features, manage the ordering process, and follow up after installation. The role also involves maintaining a clean and inviting showroom and providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail sales and customer service experience
• Basic computer skills with the ability to type 30+ WPM
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and tape measures
• Construction project knowledge and implementation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly
