• Completed MVFR application

• EMS Certifications; Copies of cards ONLY
• Current Basic Life Support provider
• Firefighter Medic - CDPHE Paramedic certification or National Registry Paramedic Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Psychological Testing
• Integrity Interview & Background Investigation
• Medical Exam with Drug Screening

• Associates Degree from an accredited college or university is highly desirable
