About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and safety‑oriented Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in fire protection systems, but we are willing to train the right individual with strong mechanical aptitude and a great attitude. This role is critical in ensuring life‑safety systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
  • MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fire sprinkler installation or fire protection industry (preferred, not required).
  • Basic understanding of piping systems and mechanical tools.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition – ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with NFPA standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company equipment.
