About The Position
Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector to perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. The role ensures systems function properly and comply with applicable safety standards. The inspector diagnoses issues, documents inspections and recommended corrective actions, and provides detailed reports to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Inspector.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fire codes and safety regulations.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and perform inspections in various locations.
- Relevant certifications and licenses, such as a Texas RME-I License.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of fire sprinkler systems with minimal supervision.
- Perform testing and maintenance to ensure proper system functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues identified during inspections.
- Document inspections and recommended corrective actions.
