About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a part-time Fire Marshal Security Officer in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The role focuses on customer service, vigilance, and protecting clients and their property. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday on the second shift, and the hourly wage is $20.55. The position requires two years of fire experience or security experience in the auto industry, as well as security, military, or law enforcement experience. A valid driver's license and state license, if required, are also specified.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Have a state license if required.
• Have two years of fire experience or security experience in the auto industry.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
