About The Position

As a Security Officer Fire Response Patrol Driver in Mount Vernon, Indiana, you will serve and safeguard clients at a chemical and petrochemical location. Requirements

• Previous firefighting experience.
• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be 21 or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and use problem-solving skills while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, hazardous conditions, or policy violations to appropriate site personnel.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
