About The Position
The City of St. Clair Shores is accepting applications for Fire Fighter/Paramedic to establish an eligibility list for current and future vacancies. Applicants must meet specific requirements and submit necessary documentation with their application.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of the United States of America.
- Must be at least 20 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must possess a State of Michigan or National Registry issued Paramedic License and Fire Fighter I and II Certifications within the first year of employment.
- Must pass the EMPCO test.
- Must pass the CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test).
- Must meet criminal history requirements and background check requirements.
- Must maintain certifications throughout the term of the eligibility list.
