You will service and troubleshoot systems to diagnose problems and identify solutions, ensure customers understand their system's functionality, and interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in commercial Fire Alarm systems.
Troubleshoot Fire Alarm systems to repair ground faults, open circuits, and short circuits, and addressable and conventional systems.
Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
Experience with electronic testing devices.
Pass drug and background screenings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

NICET II, III, or IV
Fire Life Safety, Low Voltage, or Security experience
Fire Alarm Manufacturer certifications.
Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of IT functionality
