About The Position
Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Service Technician to install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm systems so they meet applicable safety standards and regulations. The technician will inspect and test systems, address client concerns, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with colleagues while following safety protocols. The role requires the physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Service Technician.
- Valid state-issued fire alarm technician license or certification.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and their components.
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
