The Fire Alarm Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm systems to ensure customer systems remain safe, reliable, and code compliant. This service-driven role focuses on diagnosing issues, completing repairs efficiently, and communicating system deficiencies and next steps to customers. The technician will also support inspection activities, assist with testing, and ensure accurate reporting of system conditions in accordance with NFPA 72 and Silco inspection standards. This role is key to delivering prompt service, accurate reporting, and helping customers stay compliant and protected.
