Fidelity Workplace Investing is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Stock Services to join their growing team. In this position, you will develop expertise across multiple areas of the Stock Services organization, including dividend processing, reconciliation activities, client onboarding, and proxy administration. You will partner with experienced associates to learn end-to-end stock services functions while helping identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance controls, and support key strategic initiatives. This role offers exceptional exposure to Workplace Investing operations, cross-functional partnerships, and opportunities to build skills that can accelerate your career within Fidelity. The Workplace Investing (WI) Proxy Group is responsible for soliciting participant voting instructions and elections related to shareholder rights associated with publicly traded securities, including common stock and mutual funds. As part of this role, you will support proxy event administration and associated operational workflows, assist with participant communications related to voting and shareholder rights, learn proxy solicitation processes and controls, partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory and client requirements are met, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and participant experience within proxy operations.
