About The Position

The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products, and procedures within the spa. Together, team members strive to ensure our guest’s comfort and satisfaction, with the goal of exceeding guest expectations every time they visit the spa.

Requirements

6+ years' experience in licensed field.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes.
Uphold consistency in all standards.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Meet and greet guests with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa, including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Use proper verbiage at all times.
Uphold and maintain set uniform and grooming standards.
Possess knowledge of spa services and amenities.
Possess knowledge of emergency procedures.
Provide the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s.
Meet agreed-upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at-home care.
Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirements.
Adhere to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa, and Kohler Co.
Perform special event treatments which can be held at various locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc. These services would be secondary to the position's primary function.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Oversee all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards.
Participate in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs).
Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead.
Help manage the schedule of associates and in-house trainings.
Act as Lead when Lead is out.
