About The Position
Under the direction of the Finish Line Team Leader, finishing personnel will assist in various stages of our final assembly line. This a fast-paced environment and requires individuals to work as a team in order to meet safety, quality and delivery goals on a daily basis.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Self-Initiative – needs minimal supervision, self-starter
- Flexible to changing work demands
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a Non-Climate controlled environment
- Ability to stand, push, pull, bend and stoop for the duration of the shift
- Lift and push objects over 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Trailer manufacturing experience is a plus
