About The Position

CaptiveAire is hiring for General Assembly at its manufacturing facility in Bedford, Pennsylvania. The position is in a fast-paced, financially sound, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Applicants must pass a satisfactory background check and negative drug screen. This is classified as safety-sensitive, and employees are subject to drug and alcohol testing under the company’s Drug-Free Workplace policy.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with some overtime required. Competitive wages are based on experience, and a monthly bonus is based on performance and productivity.

Requirements

• Ability to use various hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hard-working, self-starting team player with a positive attitude and good communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Considers attendance and punctuality a priority.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required.
