We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Finishing Operators to join our team at our St. Paul, MN facility and help produce high-quality packaging products for leading brands. In this role, you’ll operate specialized folder-gluer equipment that transforms printed materials into finished cartons ready for retail shelves and customer use. Finishing Operators play an important role in ensuring products meet quality standards while supporting efficient production, waste reduction, and on-time delivery. Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems or equipment
  • Ability to meet the schedule and physical demands of the role, including standing, moving, and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Positive attitude, work well with others, accept feedback, and show up ready to learn and contribute

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in print, packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or other hands-on production environments
  • Troubleshooting experience with machinery or equipment

Responsibilities

  • Work with team members to support safe, efficient production and meet daily schedules
  • Set up and operate folding/gluing equipment according to production specifications
  • Monitor product quality to ensure cartons meet customer and company standards
  • Prepare, handle, and pack materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain efficient production
  • Minimize waste and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
