About The Position

Isola is hiring an A Shift Finishing Lead at its Chandler, Arizona location. The Finishing Lead reviews and tracks production orders on the warehouse floor, including product types, quantities, specifications, and scheduled delivery dates, to help meet departmental KPIs. The role plans and coordinates production operations, monitors quality and production requirements, addresses operational issues, and communicates area status and priorities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends and support other shifts as needed.
• For internal applicants: successful completion of the 90-day new-hire or newly transferred probationary period, unless otherwise approved by the direct supervisor.
• For internal applicants: must be in good standing at the time of application; active Written Warnings or Final Written Warnings preclude good standing, and Written Warnings remain active for six months from the issue date.
• For internal applicants: must meet ongoing workplace expectations, including satisfactory performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees fulfill their EHS responsibilities and set an example for the team.
• Plan production operations by establishing priorities and manufacturing sequences.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production and product-quality specifications.
• Review production reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and prevent delays.
• Communicate area status and priorities through verbal and written passdowns.
• Assist the Operations Supervisor and Production Manager with other assigned duties.
