About The Position

Advanced Blending Solutions LLC of Wallace, MI is looking to hire a full-time Finisher to join our production team. We are an exciting, energy-filled manufacturing company looking for individuals interested in a successful career. This is a 1st shift job that allows for weekends free, with 3-day weekends. The role is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who want to live and work in an area known for its outdoor recreation activities such as hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmobiling. The pay for this production position starts at $20.25 per hour. Advanced Blending Solutions LLC is based in the heart of rural Menominee County, MI. Requirements

• Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties
• Read and interpret basic parts drawings
• Organized and detail-oriented, with effective time management and prioritization skills
• Complete training to become forklift certified within 30 days
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Finishing experience with wet and/or powder coat paint

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of finishing processes including blasting, powder coating, polishing, and occasional wet coat painting on metal parts/surfaces.
• Take care of the equipment used, including cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
• Work with various materials and be responsible to safely label, store, and dispose of those substances.
• Utilize various hand and power tools during the finishing process.
• Operate a forklift and perform basic maintenance to move equipment to/from other departments.
• Support the 'Safety Always' motto by monitoring equipment and materials to ensure safe operation while following safety procedures.
