Requirements

Experience with sanding wood and painting using lacquer, urethane, and polyester finishes
Detail-oriented and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and demonstrates an ability to meet deadlines and perform work with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of measuring and calculating dimensions of a project using a tape measure and calculator
Reliably commute to our River Falls, WI office.

Nice To Haves

2 years of related experience
Experience painting in a spray booth
Ability to color match
Ability to mix stains, dyes, and pigments to create custom colors

Responsibilities

Prepares product for finishing by sanding surfaces and quality checking for cracks or holes
Applies a variety of finishes to achieve high-end finished products
Sprays stain, finish, and mixes custom color
Handles multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency
Performs touch-up repairs as necessary
