About The Position

The Finisher performs marine finishing operations, including layout and installation of electronics, plumbing, seats, and related components. The role works under general supervision and established procedures, with occasional independent judgment to complete assignments and make recommendations about work procedures, policies, and practices. The position also involves maintaining tools and keeping the department and cart clean before the end of each shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety-conscious approach to work.
• Understanding of SDS documentation for chemicals used in production.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform the physical activities and work in the environments listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring, plumbing, electronics, seats, and consoles using a variety of hand tools.
• Assist with picking, moving, and setting up vessels using lifting and towing equipment.
• Maintain tools and clean the department and cart before the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
