About The Position

The Finisher performs marine finishing operations, including layout and installation of electronics, plumbing, seats, and other components. The role works under general supervision using established procedures and some innovation, choosing from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete assignments, and the Finisher often makes recommendations regarding work procedures, policies, and practices. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety-conscious.
• Understanding of SDS documentation for chemicals used in production.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring, plumbing, electronics, seats, and consoles using a variety of hand tools.
• Assist with picking, moving, and setting up vessels using lifting and towing equipment.
• Maintain tools and clean the department and cart before the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
