About The Position

The Finisher performs marine finishing operations, including the layout and installation of electronics, plumbing, seats, and other components. The role works under general supervision and follows established procedures while using limited independent judgment to complete assignments and recommend improvements to work procedures, policies, and practices. The position involves work both indoors and outdoors in conditions that may include extreme heat or humidity, intermittent extreme noise, dust, fumes, smoke or gases, solvents, and slippery or uneven walking surfaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety-conscious approach to work.
• Understanding of SDS documentation for chemicals used in production.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical activities and work in the described environment.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring, plumbing, electronics, seats, and consoles using a variety of hand tools.
• Assist with picking, moving, and setting up vessels using lifting and towing equipment.
• Maintain tools and clean the department and cart before the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
