About The Position

The Finisher position at the IEA Kenosha Plant is responsible for performing standard finishing practices and methods in a metal fabrication environment. This role requires the ability to use and maintain finishing equipment and related tools, understand occupational hazards, and follow safe work practices. Effective communication and teamwork are essential. The position operates on the 2nd shift, from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential for overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of standard finishing practices and methods.
• Skill in using and maintaining finishing equipment and related tools of trade.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and the ability to follow safe work practices.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with others.
• One or more years of finishing/welding-type experience in a metal fabrication environment.

Nice To Haves

• Formal apprenticeship training is desirable.
• Forklift operator certification is preferred.
