About The Position

The finished goods auditor position performs visual inspections on all running parts and is responsible for ensuring all parts are packed correctly. The FG auditor is essential to maintaining the high quality standard we provide to our customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and understand work instructions and do basic math
Basic keyboarding and computer skills

Nice To Haves

Prior plastic injection molding experience
IQMS experience

Responsibilities

Performs a visual inspection check on at least one part per box/container.
Ensures correct labels, boxes, bags, dividers, foam, and inserts are being used at the press.
Verifies parts are packaged correctly.
Verifies box label is correct and matches the parts in the box/container.
Pulls overstock for jobs just starting up.
Puts away overstock after jobs are finished.
Weighs (as needed)/verifies box quantity and tapes boxes shut.
Scans and moves finished goods.
Keeps track of when the work order is completed and the press can be shut down.
Discards box labels when the work order is completed and also monitors date changes on labels and discards as needed.
Makes box labels.
Gives breaks to operators.
