Finished Goods Specialist – $21/hr Starting Pay + 4-Day Work Week! Requirements

• Stand-up forklift experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of job-related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic palletizing equipment for finished coffee and tea products
• Stage finished goods for shipping or place inventory into warehouse storage
• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
• Monitor robots to keep production running and avoid downtime
• Enter production runs and inventory information into the system
• Remove finished product from robotic lines and place into inventory
• Communicate with coffee and tea production operators throughout the shift
• Assist with damaged product, reboxing, and cleanup as needed
• Complete required paperwork and production records
• Assist with other duties as needed
