About The Position

The Inventory Clerk in Finished Goods is responsible for managing the inventory of finished signage and products. This includes pulling and delivering items based on requisitions, receiving and inspecting incoming products, verifying quantities against documentation, tagging and storing products, and maintaining inventory control. The role also involves notifying relevant personnel about any discrepancies, maintaining records, operating warehouse machinery, and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area. Additionally, the clerk will assist in other warehouse or departmental tasks as needed.

  • Ability to work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and deliver various finished signage and products based on requisitions.
  • Receive and inspect finished signage and products, verifying correctness and quantities against inventory/customer supplied GTR’s.
  • Tag and store all received products.
  • Maintain inventory control of all finished products.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of shortages, damaged, or incorrect products received.
  • Maintain records, files, and input data of all finished products.
  • Handle routine correspondence for all finished products.
  • Operate compactors, bailing machines, and various hand tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the finished goods area and other warehouse areas.
  • Remove trash.
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse or other departments as needed.
  • Complete administrative and electronic functions for materials received and issued.
  • Verify print image to stock size.
  • Perform inventory preparation and cycle counting.
  • Communicate problems with supervisor or warehouse manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the material staging area.
  • Pull IMS orders, verifying part numbers, promotions, and quantities.
  • Cycle count any signage with less than 10 items in inventory.
  • Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails.
  • Pull GTR’s and debit in a timely manner.
  • Pull customer-supplied signage and relocate remaining signage to the customer’s designated FG area.
  • Put away new inventory and overage in a timely manner.
  • Pull re-ship orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure overage is tagged and put away in the designated rack for each customer.
  • Handle special requests from Account Managers.
  • Monitor Asset Manager for requests from customers.
  • Track down missing signage from overage and resolve any issues.
  • Enter new signage into inventory when overage signage is purchased by customer.
