Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on finish carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation methods
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Install trim, molding, doors, and custom millwork
• Perform precision cuts and measurements
• Ensure quality craftsmanship on all projects
• Communicate with crew leaders and office staff
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
