Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings (preferred for higher levels).
  • Experience with finish carpentry or general construction is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials, supplies, and tools needed for daily tasks.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned finish‑level carpentry tasks.
  • Perform high‑quality interior carpentry, including trim installation, detail fitting, and final finish work.
  • Use a wide range of finish carpentry tools such as drills, sanders, routers, saws, and levels.
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of accuracy, craftsmanship, and appearance.
  • Keep materials and tools organized and maintain a clean work area.
  • Work efficiently to help the team meet production timelines.
  • Higher skill levels may support other carpenters, complete paperwork, train team members, and assist with problem‑solving.
