About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is hiring a skilled Carpenter / Craftsman to join our in-house team in the Meridian area. This is a stable, full-time role with a strong team and steady projects, offering an alternative to chasing jobs, inconsistent work, or working all over the place. The role involves various interior finish carpentry tasks, light painting and drywall touch-ups, flooring installations, general repairs on residential & commercial properties, and working on restoration projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of carpentry or handyman experience
• Comfortable handling a variety of small-to-mid size jobs
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs

Nice To Haves

• Flooring experience
• Drywall experience
• Restoration experience

Responsibilities

• Interior finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets, repairs)
• Light painting and drywall touch-ups
• Flooring installs (LVP, tile, carpet repairs)
• General repairs on residential & commercial properties
• Work on restoration projects (water, fire, etc.)
