About The Position

Fine Dining is seeking an outstanding Server for our formal dining restaurant to care for our radiant Residents. If you are that individual who delivers on exceptional levels of customer satisfaction this is the place for You! Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in upscale dining atmosphere preferred
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (defined as having two (2) doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer Covid-19 vaccinations, or one (1) dose of the Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccination, plus 14 days).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior service techniques and style
• Ability to train and coach
• Advanced knowledge of POS system
• Advanced knowledge of food preparation and ingredients
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Promote clean, safe and neat environment.
• Knowledge of fire safety procedures; assist with evacuation of residents if needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information.
