Fine Dining Host - Merion Room (Part-Time) Job Summary: Atlanta Athletic Club is seeking a polished and hospitality-focused Fine Dining Host for the Merion Room, our premier fine dining venue. As the first and last impression for members and guests, this role is responsible for creating a warm, personalized, and seamless dining experience through exceptional service, reservation management, and guest engagement.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as select holidays.

• Fine dining, private club, or upscale restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to members and guests while upholding Atlanta Athletic Club's service standards.
• Review reservations, special requests, and member preferences prior to service.
• Conduct dining room walkthroughs and ensure menus and host station are service-ready.
• Greet and escort members and guests to their tables with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure smooth dining room flow.
• Communicate guest arrivals and special requests to managers and service staff.
• Anticipate guest needs and help create memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
• Assist the dining room team as needed and perform other duties assigned by management.

• $18.00 per hour
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay for working on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
