About The Position

The Financial Systems Senior Specialist is the EPM Cloud EPBCS technology expert responsible for technical operations involving Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and EPBCS planning and budgeting cloud technologies. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying efficiencies and best practices that support business goals.

The position supports and maintains Oracle Cloud EPM finance systems and related MS Access databases used for finance department activities, personnel data, workforce management, strategic target planning, and process conversion using EPM EPBCS modules. The specialist develops and implements methods, procedures, controls, and technical support for collecting, analyzing, recording, and processing financial information. The role also participates in requirements definition, workflow development, documentation, complex reporting solutions, technical consulting, system maintenance and upgrades, and timely support-ticket resolution. It provides escalated ACE Service Portal support to enterprise end users and performs other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–9 years of EPM Cloud systems analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of EPM Cloud systems such as EPBCS, PCMCS, EDM, MS Access, or other data warehouses.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, MDX, Calc Scripts, or other programming languages.
• Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software, including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Word.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and standards of employee compensation and benefits administration.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP core financial applications such as Procurement, Inventory, Payables, Assets, and General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM finance systems, including Master Data Management, Financial Data Integration, finance application rules and calculations, and report building and maintenance.
• Support Finance MS Access databases affecting personnel data, workforce management, strategic target planning results, and conversion of existing processes using EPM EPBCS modules.
• Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
• Develop, implement, and provide technical control and support for finance systems that obtain, record, and process financial information.
• Participate in system requirements definition studies; develop workflows for current and proposed system operations; and collect and organize system documentation.
• Devise or modify methods and programs to address complex data-reporting needs and provide technical consulting on complex projects.
• Perform system maintenance, including assisting with the review, testing, and implementation of EPM system upgrades.
• Manage EPM Cloud support tickets and cases within required timeframes and department policy to maintain service delivery standards.
• Provide escalated ACE Service Portal support to enterprise end users with problem tickets or inquiries.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
